Cancer Free Lifestyle
Last night during our Food Over Medicine Club meeting we learned risk factors related to cancer. Many of them are diet and lifestyle choices. They include obesity/overweight. eating foods high in animal protein and cholesterol, sedentary lifestyle/not exercising, chronic inflammation, having chronic diseases including diabetes, stress, and lack of personal purpose. Not once were genes mentioned! While we can’t completely negate our risk, there are many things in our control that we can do. The best way to not die from cancer is to not get it!

Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the U.S., and is expected to overtake heart disease to become the most common cause of death. While the survival rate for small localized cancers is high, little progress has been made toward effective treatment for advanced cancers. Preventing cancer remains the best strategy for avoiding death from cancer. You’ll learn the best strategies at this FREE workshop!
