Aging Mindset

We blame so much of our health issues as we get older as a part of aging. It’s really a response to years of eating poor food, not enough exercise, and other negative lifestyle choices. Our bodies just can’t compensate anymore. This doesn’t have to happen! Taking care of ourselves in our younger years and continuing to do so will lower your risk of typical aging ailments! Get outside, plant-based eating pattern, exercise, sleep, connection with others- all ways to help you. Just because decline in older age is typical it doesn’t have to be normal. I challenge you to take steps now to age well!
