How many times have you heard people say food doesn’t make a difference? It doesn’t affect your health. I know I have many times! I was listening to a recording of a conference and a doctor was addressing this. His message was dietary intervention works when it’s the right diet (or I would refer to it as dietary pattern). If you don’t know what that is then I agree with the general comment that food doesn’t make a difference.
