About a year ago I used this quote for Motivation Monday. I decided to use it again because its a good reminder of why our optimal eating pattern should mostly be whole food plant-based.

What's Up Wednesday! Food and Your Heart
I am offering a class exploring the effect of food on your heart and heart disease. It will be virtually on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 7:00 pm ET. Registration is under the purchase tab on this website.
